Completion and submission of this booking form confirms delegate agreement to
Crownlinks Academy Team terms and conditions, as follows:
1. Course bookings can be made by accessing our
website https://www.crownlinksacademy.com and following the “Training and
Events” link, or by contacting us on 0208 220 4414 or 07539382444 or
via ade@crownlinksinternational.com
2. Places will be allocated to delegates on a “first come, first served” basis, with
confirmation of places sent to delegates via the email address provided at the
time of booking.
3. Initial confirmation generated by the website that a booking form has been
received should not be considered final confirmation of a place at any event.
Final confirmation of places at any course/event will be provided by email from
account team upon payment.
4. Places at any one course/event will normally be limited to two per organisation.
5. It is an expectation that all delegates have discussed their learning requirements
and intended attendance at a course or event with their manager ahead of
booking, and gained management consent to book a place. Submission of the
booking form shall be considered to confirm this consent.
6. Where courses are subject to attendance fees, organisations are requested to
pay fees within 28 days of the date of invoice or, if the booking is made less than
28 days before the course date, payment is required before the course start.
7. Registration information, including directions to the venue and timings, will be
sent to the delegate using the email address provided at registration prior to the
event. Crownlinks Academy will not be responsible for the non-arrival of
registration information. Any delegate not receiving the registration information by
24 hours prior to the event should contact us on 075 39382444.
8. Crownlinks Academy will share the names of delegates attending a particular
course with the third party course/event provider delivering the course, to
facilitate on-the-day course registration. By booking a place at a course,
delegates consent to Crownlinks Academy sharing their names with third party
course/event providers.
9. All materials provided for Crownlinks courses/events including graphics, code,
text products, software, audio, music and design are owned by Crownlinks
Academy or it’s third party course/event providers. No content in whole or in part
of these materials may be copied, reproduced, uploaded, posted, displayed,
linked to or used in any way without the prior written permission of Crownlinks
Academy and/or third party course/event providers.
10. Crownlinks Academy aims to ensure that its courses/events are accessible to all.
If you have any specific needs, such as dietary or access requirements, please
advise us as soon as possible, preferably at the time of course booking, and we
will contact you to discuss your requirements. It is the responsibility of delegates
to inform Crownlinks Academy about any specific needs or requirements they
may have.
11. A minimum of 10 working days’ notice of cancellation is required should a
delegate become unable to attend a course or event. Notice should be provided
via email to ade@crownlinksinternational.com wherever possible. If the delegate
does not have email access, telephone cancellation may be provided by
contacting Crownlinks Academy on 0753938244.
12. Failure to notify Crownlinks Academy of a cancellation or cancellation within 10
working days of the date of a course/event will result in a cancellation charge, per
delegate, of £75 per half day event and £100 per full day event cancelled.
13. Cancellation charges will be invoiced directly to the organisation to which the
delegate belongs, where this is the case. Where the delegate is a sole trader, or
individual employer/employee, charges will be invoiced directly to the individual.
14. Delegates are able to nominate a substitute to take their place at a course/event,
up until the day of the event. Where a substitute delegate attends a course/event,
no cancellation charges will be levied.
15. In exceptional circumstances, considered on a case-by-case basis, cancellation
charges may be waived by Crownlinks Academy.
16. It may be necessary for Crownlinks Academy to change the content and timing of
a course; the trainer; the date or the venue. In the unlikely event of the course
being cancelled by Crownlinks Academy, a full refund will be made unless the
delegate transfers their booking to an alternative date for the course.
17. For all bookings, the liability of Crownlinks Academy shall be limited to the
amount of the fee paid to Crownlinks Academy by the delegate or their employing
organisation. Crownlinks Academy will not accept liability for any additional costs
incurred by delegates
18. Crownlinks Academy reserves the right to charge late payment interest on any
outstanding invoice at the rate of 5% above the base rate of the Bank of England.
19. Crownlinks Academy will, on occasion, contact individuals registered with our
website to share information about upcoming events, training courses or other
sector news/updates. You can opt out of receiving this information at any time by
emailing “OPT OUT” to info@crownlinksacademy.com
